I was there back inJune, and itwas disappointing that the hispanic nurse that took care ofme was either ona bad mood, was not able tounderstand aconfusion onmy order and was sort ofrude. Iam hispanic soI amnot discriminating here. Ihave always received anEXCELLENT service from all personnel there, but this time itwas very frustrating.

Quick and easy blood test Ihave had bad experiences inthe past. The lady that stuck medid agreat job nopain really. Iwas out in15mins orless.

Quick and easy, with orwithout anappointment. They took the time tosit and calculate alost oftests Ineeded toget done, typed them out and gave mea printed price sheet. Then they printed separate ones for meto take sothey were organized, and told meplaces Icould goif Iwould like tolook around for amore inexpensive place (it was athousand dollars without insurance). Staff isreally nice and friendly. I've never had aproblem there.

They are very organized, and efficient! Iwent there afew days before myappt. toget anestimate onout ofpocket expenses. Rosy took the time tobreak down each test and come upwith amax $ amount.
This was way more affordable than going toa hospitallab.
On myappt day Iwas happy tosee there were only afew people waiting and they were ontime with appointments.
My lab tech,Ms. Owas great. She told methe cost range and took payment before doing the blood work.
My labs will bedonewithin 48hours.Wow!

Rude staff,my wife took my1yrold todraw blood and they put aguy who isdoing training todraw blood from a1yrold boy incompentent. mywife said rosemary was the only one who found the vein,front desk super rude will never goback tothis location,i guess all bad comments are onthe money inthis location.

Iam soupset. One ofthe nurse here dont know how todraw blood, instead ofdrawing blood she pinch anerve, and myarm hurt sobad that atthis point Ifeel atingling sensation and still inpain. She stick the needle like Iwas ananimal. She had tocall someone else todraw blood onme. It's been 3days and still can't barely use myrightarm. Unprofessional. IfI see her again ohhhh hell totheno. Ihope myarm gets better.

They are inefficient asit ispossible that astool test ofa 16-month-old baby will have tolast 3days ofpoop collection. and that you put aplastic tothe baby's diaper when the plastic tocollectit, that plastic irritates the baby's tail and ontop you have towait between 2and 5more days for the result. pity service.. soa child becomes dehydrated waiting solong

Hours are not upto date onwebsite! Ispecifically called Quest tomake sure the office was open to4:00asstated onthe quest website and was assured that itis open. Myhusband and Idrove 40minutes toand from, wasting our time and gas because oftheir inability toupdate their own schedule. Ihave atesting that must becompleted in72hours and chose todrive totheir location and lost mytime and hopefully not mychance toget the testing completed. Even when Icalled the quest phone line back they were not helpful atall.… – show
